Covered By Insurance?

Long-Term Care Insurance:

Some long-term care insurance company’s policies cover particular home care services. You can review your policy to see if it covers the services that you require or call us to discuss and we can help answer those questions for you.

VA Benefits:

The Veterans Administration offers financial assistance programs that may be used to help pay for home care for veterans and/or their spouses.  The funds are dispersed directly to the veteran and/or their spouse to then pay for care.  Obtaining these benefits can be confusing at times.  Feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you through this process.

If services provided require transportation in either a caregiver’s or company car, an additional surcharge of 55 cents per mile will added and included on that billing cycle.  No additional charges if using the client’s own personal vehicle.

If services include Essential Adult Care Services Inc. purchasing material goods (at the request of the client or their representative for said client) to be billed and reimbursed on that billing cycle, Essential Adult Care Services Inc. retains the right to add an additional 10% of total monies spent.  Essential Adult Care Services Inc. will provide proof of purchase (receipts) to the client or their representative.
